Karen - Yes, they will tell us, but we have not asked yet, and they haven't volunteered yet. If other families' experience is a guide, a mix of formula, gruel, tea(!) and maybe some mushed up fruit and vegetables. Pretty amazing he's so big. - C
So, tell me, Otis: Are we on for, you know, world domination?
(David sez: Goo-gaa gaah!)
Oh, guys --- I read your entries every day with astonishment. It's really thrilling to see photos of gorgeous Little Otis Rachman. With his alert, engaged, and open regard, he looks absolutely ready for whatever comes next.
Does the orphanage limit the number of hours you are permitted to spend with him? Are you allowed to visit every day now? If so, you might be with the little guy again as I write this....
Looks from your photos like you will be enjoying lots of "carpet time" - crawling, lolling and rolling about together.
What a joy it must be.
Take care,
Loretta
Loretta: we are allowed two hours with Otis Charles Rachman every day, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, although it turns out to be less, we usually wait ten minutes or so before they bring him to us and they came and got him at around ten to 4:00 today. We're allowed to visit every day except Sunday. This is sort of embarassing, but Candace and I are trying to figure out where we know you from, we love your posts, so please keep writing.
He's absolutely gorgeous! Congratulations!

I can't decide WHICH picture of Otis is my favorite.
I do like the one where he's on Daddy's tummy, but looking right up at the camera.
But the one with the pattern of rugs behind him is pretty cool, too.
Any way you slice it, HE IS A BEAUTY !
