A Typical Residential Block in a Good Neighborhood

This is Panfilov, just north of Zhibek Zholi (the big pedestrian mall). Panfilov runs north/south, and this block is about halfway down/up the north/south hill along which the center city is laid out. The block has one of the gentler grades on the hill; as you can see, it's still significant.
