Otis screwed up his schedule today. He alternated between not eating enough and being cranky and not napping enough and being cranky. It made for not the most pleasant of days, but was, if nothing else, instructional. We had dinner with Tony, Cathy & Lizzie at what may be Almaty's only theme restaurant, PBC. The theme is Soviet nostalgia, the food was an odd mix of Russian, Kazakh, Italian and Mexican.
