A Motorcycle Club or a Hip Hop Guild?
Although you can certainly find clothes with incomprehensible English slogans in NYC Chinatown, they are the norm here. I seriously considered a cute little guy's outfit, decorated in part, with the logo, "Much Wealtn [sic] - Very Important."

I think it is supposed to be G unit which would probably make it fitty cents motorcycle club.
